WARRANTY INFORMATION

Please fill out the Warranty Claim Form to obtain a Warranty Claim Number.

Please ensure the product is packaged properly. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit. It is highly recommended you use a valid method of shipment with tracking as we are not responsible for lost items.

Please write the Warranty Claim Number on the outside of the box. Please allow up to 10 business days for your package to be received and processed.

WARRANTY

With the Lux Tactical warranty, we warrant that your Lux Tactical product will be free from defects in material and workmanship (including electronics) upon registration of the product. This warranty applies to the metal structure, optical and illumination systems. The metal structure/housing, optical system (glass) and the illumination system of your Lux Tactical product are warrantied under normal personal use for a period of three (3) years from the later of

​

     (i)  customer's proof of the first purchase of the new product from Lux Tactical directly or from an authorized commercial seller of Lux Tactical,

or (ii) manufacturer's date/serial number (as specified on the product).

In the event of a confirmed defect under this warranty, Lux Tactical will, free of charge and as determined by Lux Tactical, repair or replace the product with a Lux Tactical product of similar type/function. Lux Tactical reserves the right to make substitutions for similar product/s if the warrantied model in question is no longer in production. This warranty extends to subsequent owners to the remaining extent of the original owner's warranty.

This warranty does NOT apply to the following:

​

• asserted defects caused by normal wear and tear of any part including knobs, finish, etc.

• asserted defects caused by any modification including aftermarket finishes, unauthorized service, improper installation and maintenance, alterations, abuse, misuse, and acts of Nature.

• asserted defects involving subjective personal likes or judgments.

• cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's use, operation or performance as determined by Lux Tactical

• theft, loss, neglect, or vandalism.

• purchase from Non-Authorized resellers.​​​​
